In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Good Stakeholder Management skills
- Maintain process documentation to reflect changes to process or logic, including creating or updating Visio Process diagrams and creating or updating Excel spreadsheets that contain data mapping details.
- Understands how to navigate and work within a large matrixed organization
- Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts with different audiences ( developers vs. business managers),
- Proficient Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in Visio, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Experience testing policy and procedures/control testing
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Job Expectations:
Strategy and Implementation
Serve as Rule 370 and Rule 330 subject matter expert. Develop a deep knowledge of the enterprise Rule 370 system process. Be able to communicate and answer questions about the Rule 370 process and regulatory requirements. Lead work for process changes driven by regulatory guidance or LOB/technology driven changes. Partnering with line of business teams and development, lead the assessment and implementation of process changes to maintain Rule 370 compliance.
Work with the Rule 370 core team to understand regulatory or technology driven changes.
Partner with the development team to identify the appropriate solution/changes to maintain Rule 370 compliance.
Where changes impact lines of business, lead engagements with lines of business to communicate requirements, and provide guidance to ensure the lines of business implements changes to adapt to changes.
Track and monitor progress. Escalate as needed when time commitments are at risk.Partnering with LOB teams and Central Engine team, lead work to research and resolve defects. This may include:
Working with the development team to research and identify the defect root cause
Working with the development team to identify the appropriate solution to meet Rule 370 requirements
If the source of the error is a line of business data or process, lead efforts to work with line of business to drive, guide, and track their efforts to resolve the defect.
Provide guidance and oversight to LOB to identify and resolve data errors emanating from the line of business. Also provide guidance to line of business in their efforts to resolve data errors. Track and monitor line of business progress to resolve errors. Escalate as needed when time commitments are at risk.
Maintain process documentation to reflect changes to process or logic, including creating or updating Visio Process diagrams and creating or updating Excel spreadsheets that contain data mapping details.
