About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant – Senior Content Designer for Unsecured Lending Operations as part of the Product and Transformation Team. You will design clear, engaging and effective content for cross-channel customer communications and employee facing applications.
In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
-
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
-
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
-
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
-
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
-
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Develop and execute customer experience solutions for digital applications and customer communications
-
Lead complex industry-leading user interface design solutions with a specific focus on content
-
Review and analyze moderately complex Content Design business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with Content Design peers, colleagues, and product managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Lead projects, teams and serve as a mentor for lower-level staff
Required Qualifications:
-
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
-
4+ years of experience as a content designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
-
A deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and storytelling
-
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
-
Experience with leveraging data to drive content decisions and improvements
-
Experience in Unsecured Lending Operations is a plus
