About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant – Senior Content Designer for Unsecured Lending Operations as part of the Product and Transformation Team. You will design clear, engaging and effective content for cross-channel customer communications and employee facing applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for digital applications and customer communications

  • Lead complex industry-leading user interface design solutions with a specific focus on content

  • Review and analyze moderately complex Content Design business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with Content Design peers, colleagues, and product managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Lead projects, teams and serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a content designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects

  • A deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and storytelling

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with leveraging data to drive content decisions and improvements

  • Experience in Unsecured Lending Operations is a plus
