- A thick resume that showcases your proven experience in sales and business development within the Healthcare Professional (HCP) space. You’ve successfully driven revenue growth and closed deals that have expanded market share—no hand-holding needed.
- An impressive track record that highlights your ability to build and scale high-performing sales funnel. From lead generation to outreach and converting prospects into lasting partnerships, you've mastered every step—and earned the t-shirt to prove it.
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development—ideally in supplement sales. You’ve honed your craft in an environment where results matter, and you know how to deliver, consistently.
- The Midas touch when it comes to negotiating and cultivating strong relationships with HCPs. You’re a master at structuring deals, overcoming objections, and closing agreements that lay the foundation for long-term success.
- Got a goldmine of HCP contacts in your black book? That’s definitely going to grab our attention.
- A yoda-like knowledge of CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred. You’re also fluent in similar systems such as Jira, Slack, and Google Drive. You know how to use these systems to keep the pipeline clean, track sales, and streamline team collaboration.
- A deep understanding of dietary supplements and regulatory considerations in the U.S. You’re fluent in the nuances of the industry, and although being well versed in current compliance issues isn’t a must, it’s definitely a bonus.
