As the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be there to deliver projects into production and also be involved in the implementation process. What You’ll Be Working On:

You will be leading a series of projects that will have a direct impact on the transformation of our share investing user experience. You will lead workshops with key stakeholders and drive the requirements life cycle through to implementation phase, including technical requirements and operational readiness.

Your skills with data analysis, mapping and data structures will prove very useful when it comes to project managing a data migration across banking systems and working with APIs. We are only at the first hurdle of this roadmap and there is still a huge amount to go.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• Around 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with banking data migration or financial services technology experience being highly desirable
• Project management experience or being open to upskilling and looking to grow in this area
• Being a strong facilitator who is confident in expressing their ideas and presenting to a group
• An inquisitive nature to investigate, gather information and talk solutions, demonstrating a willingness to learn and figure things out
• Eligibility to work in Australia permanently
