About the Role

Swift is seeking for a candidate to join as an innovative and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to identify and implement process enhancements through various techniques such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.

You will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing projects on process automation and intelligent solutions to optimize workflows and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A deliveries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, explore opportunities for automation, and apply AI technologies where appropriate to support FP&A deliveries. You will need to communicate complex project solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work in an agile team with experienced Data Scientist and SME, contributing your expertise and knowledge while learning from others. You will work independently, taking ownership of tasks and managing priorities with minimal supervision.

What to expect?

  • Analyse current FP&A processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual tasks that can benefit from automation or AI solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools, working closely with IT, external vendors, and FP&A to design, test, and deploy solutions.
  • Leverage AI and RPA to enhance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning processes by reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and speeding up data processing.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented RPA and AI solutions, ensuring they continue to provide value over time. Proactively seek additional opportunities for enhancements and refinements.
  • Create detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and automated solutions. Provide training and support to FP&A team members to ensure the effective use of automated tools and technologies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Communicate complex process improvements, RPA, and AI solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What will make you successful?

  • Strong communication skill in English is a must.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in managing automation or process improvement projects, from concept through implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA and AI projects (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics).
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Suite, KNIME and other equivalent advanced analytics tools.
  • Relevant certification in process improvement utilizing RPA and AI methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL or other relevant programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes, identify issues, and design solutions.
  • A natural curiosity to explore new technologies, methods, and solutions.
  • Comfortable with experimenting and testing new approaches to achieve process improvements.
