You will contribute to a project focused on developing a document management system for handling documentation in a large association of travel agencies.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools, or other business analysis software.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire and readiness to take part in pre-sale activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define and prioritize business needs.
- Develop clear and concise business, functional, and technical requirements documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide support and expertise during product implementation and post-launch phases.
