This position is dedicated to provide business support, enhancements, and additional functionalities development, testing and implementation newly built and deployed to PROD Cash Accounts reconciliation US Wallet project related processes and support development, testing, deployment, and further support to new projects in pipeline. 
 

Role Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the IntelliMatch Architect/Senior Developer to define the future state of IntelliMatch solutions for existing and future projects.

  • Estimate effort and timelines for static data setup, defines the testing scope, plans implementation, and collaborates with business stakeholders on requirements and validation.

  • Developing and implementing static data setup requirements for future state in lower environments and PROD.

  • This role spans across the IT organization, collaborating with business partners to analyze requirements and translate them into system solutions that add value through business process simplification, automation, and new product capabilities.

  • Ensure that business requirements and problems are fully understood, translated, documented, and communicated effectively.

  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including business users, auditors, business analysts, architects, and solution teams.

  • Translate, analyze, and document requirements into highly specified system requirements for the implementation, integration, and support of enterprise information systems.

  • Document all changes in the system.

  • Provide trainings for junior colleagues and newcomers.
     

Role Requirements

  • Experience with business process mapping, requirement definition and process improvement. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Capacity to prioritize and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects at the same time.

  • Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. 

  • Ability to work in flexible, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work without supervision. 

  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Visio Drawing tool along with familiarity with MS Power Bi. 

  • Experience with process automation, macros programming and/or scripting experience is considered an advantage. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or information technology is considered an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2833 – 4400 euro. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
