Responsible for delivering sales and margin growth for UGG and TEVA through the execution of an integrated distribution, marketing and merchandising strategy. Drive sustainable growth across all channels Distribution, Partner retail/ ecommerce and regional wholesale accounts. The role includes the development of strategic markets and channel opportunities by partnering with the APAC Sr Director and Global Marketing, Strategy, merchandising and other omni leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)
Build the sales and integrated go to market plans for the markets and manages the achievement of the overall sales plan and key business goals across the brand and the market; through effectively implementing merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Develop and maintain productive, effective and professional relationships with distributors, global and omni teams
Accountable for all forward orders and in season business, in line with season targets and delivered via close appreciation of sell through and inventory holding in the markets
Oversee the execution and preparation of the seasonal product forecasts for all markets and key accounts
Develop the marketing plans with the Marketing Manager to ensure strategic marketing requirements are executed, including key priorities are focused and executed on time and as per plan.
In collaboration with PX, ensure that talent is developed within the team creating positive succession planning.

Deliver Brand sales plans and gross margins based on annual budget & forecasts.
Maximises Sales and Profitability for the assigned brands.
Execute distribution strategy across channels including distribution, wholesale, partner retail and partner e-commerce for the assigned brands.
Drive expansion of partner retail stores and partner e-commerce in UGG/Teva markets by providing inputs and approvals to ensure brand guidelines are strictly followed
Evaluate distributor business plans at contract renewal stage and propose purchase plans with reference to sales performance and market potential, conduct RFPs for potential new distributors in the assigned territories for the assigned brands.

Represent UGG/Teva markets in GTM meetings and sales meetings and provide inputs on market trends and product inputs to global marketing and product teams in order to support decision making.
