Senior BIM Analyst

About the Position

Pond is looking for a Senior BIM Analyst to join our award-winning design team working out of our Peachtree Corners, GA (Headquarters) or Cobb County (GA) offices. The individual in this position will be overseeing the implementation, maintenance and ongoing support of design software and technology critical to ensuring successful and efficient execution of projects. In addition, they will be providing direction and guidance to the design organization in following best practice standards in using design software. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the use and oversight of VDC/BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with BIM team to identify new software updates and installations required to keep production staff efficient.
• Maintain and document company-wide BIM drafting standards and project execution workflows.
• Create, maintain, and promote software best practices.
• Work with design teams during project setup and execution of projects that utilize BIM.
• Train users in software and best practices.
• Create and maintain BIM execution plans.
• Prepare and maintain Navisworks models for design coordination purposes.

Knowledge and Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of BIM Experience
• Experience in an A/E/C Consulting Environment is a Plus
• Associate's Degree or Higher is Required
• Degreed/Licensed Engineer or Architect is a Plus
• Must Have Extensive Experience Using Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Autodesk AutoCAD
• Preferable to Have Experience Using Any or Some of the Following: Bluebeam, Autodesk Plant3D, Cadworx, Inventor, Leica Register 360+, Solid Edge, Solid Works, Bentley Microstation, Bentley Openroads, Bentley Openbridge, Rhino
  Enscape, Lumion
• Must be able to Train and Mentor Employees on Use of BIM Tools

Additional Information
 

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior BIM and CAD Analyst with a salary range of $75,900.00 - $116,000.00 .
