🌟 Backend Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is excited about finance and takes interest in building products that touch complex financial topics. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, from conception to launch.

🛠 Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of our backend architecture.
- Lead by example. Promote a culture of egoless learning and participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
🙌 Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in backend development
- An understanding or desire to work in Golang
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools
