YOUR MISSION:
- Backend Architect: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Performance Optimizer: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Code Craftsman: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Review Enthusiast: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshooting Guru: Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of production systems.
- Tech Explorer: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Backend Expertise: Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
- Node.js Proficiency: Strong skills in one or more programming languages such as Node.js.
- Framework Familiarity: Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Database Skills: Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
