Are you a problem-solver with a passion for building reliable and scalable back-end systems? We’re looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer with exceptional Python expertise to join our fast-growing, high-energy team.

What You’ll Do

• Design Impactful Systems: Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure back-end systems that power innovative platforms.
• Develop APIs & Microservices: Create robust RESTful APIs and microservices to support seamless functionality and scalability.
• Optimize Databases: Ensure optimal database performance, data integrity, and scalability with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside designers, front-end developers, and product managers to create exceptional user experiences.
• Maintain Code Excellence: Write clean, testable, and well-documented code that adheres to the highest quality standards.

Who You Are:

You’re a skilled back-end developer with a knack for solving complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions:

• Experienced: 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development with a strong focus on Python.
• Framework Pro: Advanced knowledge of Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Database Guru: Skilled in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, with experience in database optimization.
• Cloud-Savvy: Familiar with deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• DevOps-Minded: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and DevOps practices.
• Problem Solver: Adept at debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex systems efficiently.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with serverless architecture or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
