About the job 

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with AI focused feature development experience to join our team. You will collaborate closely with the R&D teams across Storyteq, including other Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Owners, and more to deliver the future of our platform. 

Your role will revolve around implementing new features, scaling existing capabilities, and making our products more amazing every day. The team works with strong goals and a good balance of product & engineering roadmap features! 

Key responsibilities: 

• Building innovative and extensive Asset Intelligence services to enhance our products 

• Expand integrations with other product domains to enable AI services & features at scale 

• Building scripts, pipelines and workflows that facilitate agile AI feature development 
  

Key Requirements:  

• 5+ years of relevant backend experience with Python or Node.js 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Have a deep understanding of APIs 

• You're pro-active, result-driven, and excited to work in a fast-growing tech scale-up 

• You're a team player and like to work together to reach our goals 

Nice to have:  

• Broad experience with AI technologies, covering LLMs, classification, embeddings, graph databases, RAG, OCR, and ASR 

• Experience with Google Cloud platform 

• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, PubSub) 

• Understanding of microservice architecture and high-scalability implementations 

• Familiarity with Vue.js or other front-end frameworks 

💰 A salary of 80k-100k EUR annually incl. holiday allowance (based on your experience!).
