We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who’s eager to influence not just the code but the core of our product. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in selecting development tools and shaping the product architecture. Launched in 2020, it has passed all MVP testing stages and attracts a growing number of long-term users. The platform enables 24/7 communication and content sharing without compromising performance or user experience. With a focus on high-load handling, excellent UX/UI, and a unique monetization strategy, we offer a top-tier product in the market. Our global goal is to become a top 5 international social networking service, with plans to expand into Latin American and Asian markets.
In this role, you will
- Develop new product features
- Fix bugs
- Rewrite legacy code
- Optimize the performance of existing code
- Take part in developing product architecture
- Write documentation for developed code
- Deliver code to the production environment
- Participate in team processes (grooming, sprint planning)
It’s all about you
- 5+ years in backend development
- Strong knowledge of PHP 7.4/8*
- 2+ years working with the Symfony framework
- Solid background with the Yii2 framework and Node.js
- Skilled in both relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Proficient with RabbitMQ as a message broker
- Hands-on expertise in developing microservices
- Familiar with AWS services like S3 and EC2
- Proactive, non-confrontational, and eager to grow professionally
- Knowledge of ClickHouse
- Familiarity with NestJS
- Understanding of Kubernetes
