THE ROLE

As an Automation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming manual processes into automated solutions, ensuring Indie Campers operates with greater efficiency and fewer errors. Reporting to the Automation Lead, you will drive the automation agenda, replacing time-intensive tasks with scalable, robust solutions that contribute to the company’s growth and success.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Automating manual processes across various departments.
• Reducing response times and error rates in workflows like fines, tolls, and finance operations.
• Training stakeholders on how to leverage automated processes effectively.
• Optimizing automated workflows to further enhance scalability and efficiency.
•  Leading Indie Campers toward becoming an automation-first organization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Demonstrated experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Proficiency in web scraping and extracting structured data from web sources.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
