-
Monitor Remediation – Track and follow up on the implementation of action plans to address control gaps identified during testing.
-
Report Results – Assist in the creation of reporting for senior members of IA and Finance and the Audit Committee, to communicate program status, testing results, and remediation progress. Propose key messages tailored to each stakeholder.
-
Manage the Program – Coordinate document requests and risk-control matrix development across 20+ stakeholders, timely and efficiently.
-
Continuously Improve – Help refine the SOX program as we mature, including identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of our testing.

Uphold Standards – Maintain departmental standards in line with the Audit Manual and the Institute of Internal Audit Professional Practices Framework.
Additional responsibilities (up to 20%) may include execution and supervision of non-SOX internal audit and management assurance engagements within the BAM annual audit plan.
