The Senior Auditor of Compliance is a self-driven, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This role involves executing risk assessments, audit programs, and contributing to special projects. Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute audit programs and testing procedures.
- Ensure audit conclusions are well-documented and risk-informed.
- Identify risks, process improvements, and recommend controls.
- Anticipate challenges and formulate effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with team members, business, and technology partners.
- Communicate audit findings clearly to management and clients.
- Provide coaching and feedback to auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CISA, or CIA preferred).
- 4+ years of audit experience (Big 4 or healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in auditing, data analysis, and Excel; IT audit experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
