About the role:


As Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations for Accompany Health you will be:

-An early part of a proven team defining the future of in-home value based care for populations with complex healthcare needs.

-A generalist player who can effectively solve key operational challenges, informed by a deep understanding of our strategic priorities and business levers

-A collaborator on a team that partners with our market leadership, product and engineering teams, and frontline care team members to continuously improve our care model to meet the needs of our patients and staff.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Play a critical role in developing and driving a strategic roadmap for a key value driver of our business, such as cost of service or clinical diagnosis excellence.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of this critical business area, providing executive leadership with insights on program health and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend, plan, and design new interventions, tools, and initiatives that drive desired outcomes for your program(s), leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Partner cross-functionally with market operations and shared services teams to implement new initiatives and assess their effectiveness.
  • Enhance analytics, models, and tools to improve forecasting and optimize program performance.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to define and develop new tools and features that enable improvements in operational efficiency or program performance.
  • Take ownership of additional strategic projects as assigned.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience in consulting or strategy and operations
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to add structure to ambiguity
  • Excellent complex modeling and analysis skills (Google Sheets /Excel proficiency required)
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communicator

  • Preferred 
  • Experience in value based care
  • Experience in design, quality improvement, or product
  • Experience building program operations, including workflows and dashboards
  • Experience in data analytics and modeling
