In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and to identify suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.
Role Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Translates business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business.
- Gathers information about the organization’s work processes and information flows.
- Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes.
- Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business groups supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of IT experience.
- A degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with analysis and managing databases.
- Ability to communicate and evangelize concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and CI/CD.
- Experience in web applications performance troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps methodology.
- Hands-on experience in Kubernetes cluster infrastructure, as well as Ansible, Terraform, Rancher and Prometheus/Grafana.
- Proven ability to understand business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model.
- Advanced English level is required.
