The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales and Marketing Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and scaling our automation workflows and sales reporting infrastructure across the U.S. private markets business. You’ll be instrumental in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, enabling data-driven decisions across sales and marketing teams.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce, data analysis, workflow implementation and automation.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Data Enhancement & Segmentation:
Identify and implement enhancements to our data systems to support smarter audience segmentation and align with evolving sales strategies. - Workflow Implementation:
Build and manage operational workflows to improve sales processes— including call triggers, response time tracking, and conversation enhancement strategies. - Sales Effectiveness Analysis:
Partner with sales leadership to quantify sales effectiveness, measure team activity, and generate insightful sales performance reports. - Performance Tracking:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to review usage metrics and track the quantitative success of campaigns and outreach initiatives. - Automation Flow Management:
Lead the technical building, execution, and ongoing maintenance of the CRM automation builds—across all focus products, market segments (wirehouses, broker-dealers, RIAs), and marketing channels.
Your background will include:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing operations, preferably in financial services or a B2B environment.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience is required.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of designing and executing cross-functional workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with sales teams targeting private market channels (RIA, wirehouse, B/D) is a plus.
