YOUR MISSION

Key Objectives:

  • Drive Repeat purchase through activation of relevant customer segments.
  • Development of Offer Management Engine and using intelligence to map customer profiles 
  • Identifying customer insights and use them to design and drive marketing campaigns, product launch, store openings and promotional events. 
  • Brand/Store/Regional Activation through common promotional touch points and identifying special days throughout the year for planning campaigns. 
  • Development and driving adoption of reporting framework for performance marketing 
  • Coordinating with various departments to develop and execute campaigns for driving engagement among existing customers 
  • Ensuring data driven decision making for marketing campaigns and events. 

YOUR TALENT

Qualifications and Functional Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology B.Tech
  • 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce/Retail industry.
  • Prior experience in CRM tools like Emarsys and CleverTap would be required.
  • Proven analytical prowess in solving business problems using advanced Excel and basic SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
