Role Overview: As a Project Manager specializing in CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Eloqua, or HubSpot, you will lead projects from concept to completion, driving strategic solutions to address client challenges. Your expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, optimizing CRM strategies, and delivering impactful results will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Gain in-depth understanding of client business operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for designers, developers, and testers.
Define product features, specifications, and enhancements to improve CRM effectiveness.
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and assumptions.
Collaborate across teams to create an integrated execution plan.
Establish key performance metrics and determine team composition effectively.
Oversee cross-functional project plans, ensuring smooth integration with web and mobile technology teams or other integrated teams..
Conduct daily stand-ups and progress updates, ensuring clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead multiple teams (10+ members) across CRM & related disciplines.
Set clear goals, expectations, and direction to drive performance.
Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning within teams.
Collaborate with domain leads to provide consistent feedback on team performance and manage personnel issues effectively.
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Manage communications, expectations, negotiations, and feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
Provide regular project updates and ensure seamless communication.
GALE Culture & Contribution
Contribute to new hire training and internal process improvements.
Share best practices and insights to enhance team learning.
Participate in evaluating new CRM technologies, methodologies, and standards across GALE.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
4 to 6 years of experience managing CRM solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Eloqua, HubSpot).
Proven track record in leading diverse CRM projects and managing large-scale implementations.
2 to 5 years of client management experience handling CRM technology accounts.
Strong expertise in campaign management, automation, data migration, and customer journey personalization.
Experience leading teams of 10+ members in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end project management, from planning to execution.
Ability to develop solutions aligned with client business goals.
Preferred:
Certification or hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Braze / Eloqua / HubSpot.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
