RVO Health is looking for a Sr. Associate of Lifecycle Marketing to help drive our mission of health and wellbeing for everyone. As a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work across the full user journey from awareness through retention with a focus on acquisition and registration. Your role will support the Optum Now business which offers multiple D2C point solutions to support our consumer’s unique healthcare needs, including - but not limited to - commerce, care and resources. As a data enthusiast, you will become an expert in our users, diving deep into the data to get at the core of their needs and what drives them. This is a new and exciting role within a growing team and fast-paced start-up environment.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
  • Leverage owned and operated audiences to drive acquisition into Optum Now 
    • Optum Now acquisition will consist of distribution/awareness tactics to gain user familiarity with the Optum Now brand and services, pathing users to Optum Now solutions, and acquiring registered users for re-marketing
  • Partner with social and DPM teams to utilize off-platform audiences to target high-intent consumers 
  • Perform and monitor A/B tests, analyze data and recommend optimizations to support long term growth
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle marketing reporting infrastructure to unlock key insights about our users to improve conversion, engagement and retention
  • Use data and a deep understanding of our consumers to personalize user experiences leading to engagement optimization
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to determine appropriate key metrics, performance goals, and long-term growth plans
  • Collaborate across product, email, creative, and engineering teams to ideate and operationalize new experiences for users focused on registration

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or similar background
  • Knowledge of standard methodologies for core digital channels including website, email, SMS/MMS, mobile, social media, SEO, SEM, display, and native advertising
  • Demonstrated strong ability to access, manipulate, and understand full funnel datasets and technical platforms without oversight (via SQL)
  • Demonstrated strong ability to build relevant reports, dashboards and visualizations to answer business questions (Excel, Tableau, Looker etc.)
  • Strong grasp of relevant raw event data and can track data pathing from ingest to database. Able to build custom queries to manipulate data to answer new questions we don't answer on a day to day basis
  • Experience with A/B test strategies, multivariate test strategies, and test planning
  • Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated
  • Analytical skills + an entrepreneurial mindset
  • 3+ years in marketing analysis, digital analysis, business operations, or a similar role

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $76,000.00 - $90,000.00
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
