Re:Sources UK is Publicis’ support organisation to centralise the finance, administrative, legal, tax, IT, procurement and property functions and leave the units, e.g. agencies, to do what they do best in terms of looking after the client's business.

Our team, resides in Re:Sources UK. Our clients are the agencies within the Publicis Groupe.

Job Description

• Should have 3-4 years of expertise on performance testing.
• Strong LoadRunner / Performance Testing Script Creation, Execution and Analysis
• Should have experience in VuGen Scripting for SAP WEB & SAP GUI.
• Should be able to create complex performance test scripts that are flexible and dynamic to validate the application performance.
• Good Troubleshooting skills to identify corelation issues in SAP WEB/SAP GUI/WEB etc.
• Interact with the various business stakeholders and understand the performance testing requirements and prepare performance test plans.
• Define and implement performance vision for the testing function.
• Define metrics, practices, processes, reports, and tools to ensure delivery is managed.
• Ensure testing standards, process, procedure, and methodology are adhered to.
• Analyse the client-side and server-side results, come up with recommendations and participate in go No-go meetings.
• Able to accurately analyse performance test results and present results and analysis in both technical and business language
• Very good understanding of all the component of Load Runner i.e. Controller/Analysis/VuGen Scripting.
• Good to have Hands-On Experience in assessing the performance, scalability, and resiliency of large-scale web applications, Desktop based applications, APIs, and backend services. 
• Strong in documentation & develop and Maintain Test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Test results
• Design and develop test scripts, scenarios, plans and programs
• Experience with REST, JSON, XML, and JavaScript will be added advantage.
• Strong written, oral & presentation skills.
