Get to Know the Team

Grab for Business is Grab B2B Corporate Service team that helps to simplify all needs from transportation, corporate food, mart & express deliveries and marketing and other services through integrated approaches within Grab & OVO ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on, a person who embraces challenges and understands how business works, and customer service excellence to anchor a portfolio for our Account Management team in Indonesia.


Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Sales Lead and will be the person in charge for clients in certain industry segments to use Grab & OVO corporate services. The main objective is to generate revenue, market penetration through sustainable long-term partnership. You will be based in Jakarta, and work in hybrid arrangement.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Maximize Revenue potential and actualization by demand generation and market penetration
  • Improve Client Experience & Product Satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create solutions to client's need anchoring Grab ecosystem
  • Use data, insights both internal and external for impactful decision-making towards business growth

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You will have a min. of 5 years of experience in any Key Account Management, Project Management, Business Development/ Partnership role in enterprise or corporate clients
  • Proficient in using Mircrosoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent in presentation, negotiation and multiple stakeholder management to create result, balanced with humility for learning and respect for others
  • Make a sound business decision and recommendations which serves Win Win to both client & Grab Interest based on data interpretation, analytical thinking, and business ethics
  • Passionate to make positive impact with high-level adaptability & CAN DO Attitude in fast moving working environment
  • Wide Networking in FMCG, Marketing, Media, Creative Agency background will be considered high advantages
