Job Summary:
- As a Senior Associate in the Home Lending UAT team, you will use technological solutions to help promote strategic initiatives across Chase's Rewards program.
- Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will interact with colleagues across various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities, and translate that insight into high-quality solutions.
- This role requires technological skills - including data management and data visualization, with a keen eye to promote efficiency through automation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive automation of data insight and processes leveraging available data management tools (i.e., Alteryx, Python, etc.) and reduce dependency on legacy methods.
- Design, build, and implement reporting for current and future business needs using latest visualization techniques and tools (i.e., Tableau).
- Interact regularly with internal business partners to understand their goals and priorities and to develop the right reporting to measure business performance and to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce risks by following audit and compliance approves processes.
- Identify areas of adding efficiency by automating manual processes within the ops space and implementing a technical solution to that is repeatable and easy to troubleshoot.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelors in computer science and related fields
- Beginner/Intermediate knowledge of AWS managed services
- Design, develop, and deploy ETL programs to facilitate the receipt of data from various data sources and the loading of data into destination tables
- Experience with Alteryx, Python, Snowflake, Teradata
- Demonstrated hands on experience modelling data and developing reports in Tableau
- Advance SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge working with Pyspark
- Knowledge working with unstructured data sources
- Knowledge of data science concepts
