Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Senior Marketing Associate to join our team dedicated to supporting the Global Business Development team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You have proven track records in initiating and executing new business partnership opportunities and marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the brand. 


Job Description

  • Assist the Business Development Manager with the planning and development of artist partnerships and marketing
  • Actively identify and scout international artists for collaborations based on specific style, geo-location, or audience demographics
  • Project manage artist collection launches and manage external artist relations - from internal communications to coordination on marketing assets, creative feedback, and timeline to ensure a smooth execution for launch
  • Optimize and initiate engaging and sales-driven marketing activations with the artists and internal teams, including but not limited to social media, influencer campaigns, and content-driven campaigns. With clear objectives to increase sales, drive website traffic and conversion, and/or artist engagement
  • Demonstrate creativity and coordinate with artists and the creative team to come up with the design and promotional content respectively 
  • Work closely with the performance team to optimize the ads performance of artists and suggest efficient A/B testings  
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly sales tracking, KPI tracking, and providing insights for optimization and improvement


Requirement

  • University Graduate with 3+ years of marketing experience (international education or art industry work experience will be a plus)
  • A good understanding of the art industry and previous work experience in art agencies/galleries/auction houses would be preferred
  • Excellent command of both written & verbal English
  • A good team player with solid interpersonal skills to deal with both internal parties and external partners
  • Strong interest in marketing with a good sense of art and design
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, willingness to learn, and ability to meet the tight schedule
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
