- Mandatory experience and good knowledge of USA payroll compliances.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) software is essential.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- FPC certification is a plus.
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll software integrations.
