Position Overview

The Senior Art Director will partner with Copywriters to develop, design, and execute compelling, cross-channel advertising concepts and layouts that are both persuasive and unexpected. This role is ideal for a storyteller who brings ideas to life through conceptual design, creating work that resonates and stands out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Copywriters to ensure copy and visuals are perfectly aligned, delivering concepts that meet our Famously Effective standard.
  • Generate and execute ideas from concept to completion across a wide range of mediums, following the Creative Brief.
  • Receive and apply feedback from creative leads to refine and elevate the work.
  • Communicate daily with Account Services, Strategy, and Project Management teams to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Begin building client relationships by participating in meetings, delivering high-quality concepts, and contributing to thoughtful discussions.
  • Proactively manage projects and prioritize your workload to meet multiple project demands.
  • Stay current on global creative trends, award shows, case studies, production companies, and noteworthy industry work, using this knowledge to inspire and elevate your creative output.
  • Remain up-to-date on technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Stay curious about pop culture, social media trends, and audience interests to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns, helping our brands join relevant conversations.

What You Will Need

  • 4–7 years of experience in a creative role within a well-established industry environment.
  • Proven track record working across relevant mediums tailored to client needs.
  • A strong creative portfolio that showcases your expertise and relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to clients at all levels.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AI tools, or similar software.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $120,000 to $135,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
