Senior AQA Engineer (C#)

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer. You will be working in a team of professionals in Ukraine, along with an IT department of about 30 employees located in Amsterdam. Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Software Testing;
• 3+ years of experience in automation;
• Advanced proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles;
• Hands-on experience with API testing frameworks and tools in C# (e.g., RestSharp, HttpClient,  or similar);
• Proven experience with UI automation (Playwright or Selenium);
• Strong understanding of test runners and frameworks in C#  (Nunit or xUnit);
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions;
• Experience with LINQ;
• Hands-on experience working with relational databases using Entity Framework Core;
•  Practical skills of manual testing for web applications and API (SOAP/REST);
•  Experience with Queues (RabbitMq or Kafka);
•  Good Knowledge of SQL;
• Advanced level of English, speaking and writing for direct communication with the business development and management team.

Will be a plus:

• Team leadership experience;
• Experience with testing complex business flows;
• Experience with testing multicomponent systems (web services/queues/SQL + NoSQL DB’s/third-party integrations);
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of technical documentation, reviewing user stories, assisting Product Owner with definition of acceptance criteria;
• Testing end-to-end business flows via UI and web services;
• Design and execution of manual test cases for standalone web services via API;
• Maintaining old and developing new integration tests for web services (C# + NUnit).
