We're looking for a Sr. App Experience Analyst to join Snap Inc.!
What you’ll do:

Identify, analyze, and escalate trends in customer reported bugs and feedback

Design and deliver customer trend reports to help design XFN initiatives to improve the Snapchatter experience

Be the Snapchatter advocate in cross-functional product & engineering meetings, proposing both product and operational improvements that benefit our Snapchatters as well as our internal App Product Quality team

Be the expert in Snapchat products and features in order to deliver actionable insights about customer experience flow

Partner with Product and Engineering to implement impactful Snapchatter experience improvements within new and existing products, and help ensure that new product launches align with the needs of the Snapchatter

Support on team projects and initiatives to deliver support to Snapchatters faster
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail

Capability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

Ability to clearly articulate actionable recommendations
-
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.

Aptness to learn new processes and tools quickly.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
-
3+ years of experience in operations, data analytics, technology, or other related industry
-
3+ years of experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large data sets to solve business problems, and providing practical business solutions
-
Previous experience working with a software delivery team
-
Project management certification (Agile, Kanban, Kaizen, PMP, etc.)
-
Proficiency in G Suite (experience with formulas and functions a nice to have)

Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools
-
Familiarity with software release processes and related tooling (like Github)

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$121,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $77,000-$115,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $69,000-$103,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
