The Opportunity:

Collaborate with Clinical Operations Disease Area Communities (CODACs) and Clinical Operations Portfolio Enabling Communities (COPECs), Franchise Leads, Study Management & Country Leaders, Study Management Teams, Late Stage Portfolio Committee (LSPC) stakeholders, Lifecycle Teams to understand business priorities and immediate work scope.

Elevate the application of advanced analytics methods, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and scalable prototypes, to efficiently measure study performance and guide portfolio-level decisions.

Develop and manage tools with up-to-date industry information to build detailed short-and long-term forecasts.

Integrate insights from primary and secondary data to continuously improve forecast methods and accuracy.

Analyze and communicate the impact of trial design elements, site selection, competitor activities, and new engagement tactics on clinical trial recruitment and retention forecasts.

Provide technical and analytical expertise through secondary data analytics to answer business questions using multiple data sources and technical tools/languages.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of enrollment and engagement efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize the value of investments and support appropriate trial placement.
Who you are:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required with 5+ years of work experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or management consulting preferred.

Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Patient Insights, Investigator Insights, Enrollment Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, Data Analytics, Advanced Data Analytics, Resourcing, Information Visualization, and/or Data Science.

Excel in a fluid, cross-functional, global matrixed environment, standing out as a successful team player with strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset to develop robust partnerships.

Break down complex problems into distinct parts, manage uncertainty, and understand interdependencies, presenting objective insights paired with storytelling to guide decision-making while building and maintaining outstanding relationships with key stakeholders

Continuously strive for better performance, outcomes-focused, driven to achieve objectives, and able to manage through change effectively.

MBA or Graduate-level Degree

Considerable experience in applying data analysis techniques to advise business decisions
