The Senior Analytics Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven conversations with our senior leadership. This individual will partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to uncover actionable insights and deliver impactful solutions. By leveraging advanced analytical techniques and storytelling skills, the consultant will help shape the future of our business.
What You’ll Do

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.

Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover valuable insights.

Solution Development: Develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions to address business challenges and drive growth.

Storytelling and Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including executives, sales teams, and technical personnel.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering results on time.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data practitioners, product owners, technologists, and customers to achieve shared goals.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)

5+ years of experience in data analysis within client-facing consulting role(s)

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Strong storytelling skills - exhibiting data in slide form

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience in a professional services consulting role

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
