Job description.
Huge is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team in Colombia. As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze data and develop insights around digital advertising and user engagement in order to inform critical marketing decisions. You’ll partner closely with internal strategy, creative, and program teams as well as clients to ensure that our teams are optimizing creatives frequently and measuring success.
What we’d like to see.
- Experience creating reporting templates, crafting narratives from data analysis and creating presentation materials to support that analysis.
- Experience crafting and analyzing online experiments with a strong understanding of A|B and multivariate testing.
- Experience presenting data-driven reports to clients, highlighting clear insights and business recommendations.
- Experience with Google’s Campaign Manager 360 and Looker Studio or other visualization tools.
- Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and/or BigQuery is a bonus.
- Experience at digital advertising and/or media agencies is a bonus.
- Flexibility to adapt to new/unfamiliar tools, ambiguous questions and problems, and eager to problem solve.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong appreciation for digital user experience and curiosity around data analytics.
- Upper English
What you’ll be doing:
- Define learning objectives, KPIs and supporting metrics based on business objectives and digital creative direction.
- Evaluate analytics implementations in order to understand and optimize the creative advertising and media variables that are being captured.
- Analyze large integrated datasets to tell a comprehensive story of how users engage with client digital initiatives, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the experience and meaningfully impact the business.
- Design, execute, and analyze a variety of A/B and multi-variate testing plans, assisting in fostering a culture of continuous learning internally and for clients.
- Lead analytics presentations for major clients and multiple streams of work.
- Collaborate with other Huge capability teams to inform and optimize creative messaging and strategy.
- Develop deep, trusted partnerships with clients to deliver strategic insight that informs the direction of the engagement.
- Evolve existing data ecosystems, evaluating measuring gaps, establishing a roadmap, on-boarding new technologies, defining process and governance.
- Assist with dashboard creation, maintenance, and QA in partnership with Huge’s technology and development teams.
