We are looking for a Senior Analyst, SAP OTC to join our team!

As the Senior Analyst, SAP OTC, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business processes within the Sales and Distribution (SD) module of SAP. The ideal candidate for this role should enjoy and have expertise in analyzing business processes, and determining the best technical solution that makes use of SAP standard configuration and functionality as much as possible.

In this role you will :
- Meet with associates throughout the business to discuss and document issues they are facing, or new initiatives where a technical solution is required
- When custom development is required, write technical/functional specs for ABAP developers, ensuring we are following the overall development strategy established by the Dev/Ops Manager 
- Complete configuration changes and complete unit testing and UAT within the SAP SD module
- Align development initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies. Ensure delivery of software solutions that meet high standards of quality and reliability
- Monitor Production support incidents, and ensure they are being addressed within the agreed SLA timeline. This is a shared responsibility across the team.
- Consider many possible solutions to business challenges; innovation and new ideas are welcome here!
- Interact with all associates with a high degree of integrity and professionalism

What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelors Degree - Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Desired : SAP SD experience, Business Analysis, Database / SQL experience, strong in written and verbal communication skills
Experience in EDI, Integration, and Project Management is a plus
5+ years of experience preferred

Skills:
• Proven experience in application development, with a focus on team leadership and project management
• SAP Configuration and Custom Development, with focus on the Sales and Distribution module
• Strong technical skills in software development concepts and architecture
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
• Proven understanding of supported business processes and uniqueness in operating models
• Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and support of SAP in production environments
• Managing system monitoring, incident management, problem resolution, and service desk support to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of IT services
• User Support and Training: Providing assistance and guidance to SAP users, including troubleshooting, answering queries, and conducting training sessions to improve user proficiency
• Cross training other functional team members
 

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $96,800.00 - $113,900.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
