Role Responsibilities

Work with a team of Projects Analysts and execute change management controls according to approved policies and procedures within Global Operations.

Develop, as needed, the appropriate processes, procedures, and metrics to measure the quality and effectiveness of Global Operations.

Communicate progress on assigned initiatives and change implementation to leaders and document/track action plans.

Build the necessary relationships with process owners, including vendor sites, ROC leadership, training, quality assurance, and metrics teams.

Support Manager building the strategy and improving internal processes.
Role Requirements
-
Solid working experience in a multi-national organization and/or multi-jurisdictional environment within project/ process management.

Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables.

Understanding of operations and business analytics within the banking/financial services industry.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or project management would be considered as an advantage though it is not a prerequisite.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, ability to interact with all levels of management.

Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint – required.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2508 – 3900 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
