ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, People Analytics, Human Resources, you’ll:

  • Lead projects and initiatives related to preparation of HR data, analytics, report design & creation, dashboards, data consolidation and reporting

  • Proactively identify people challenges requiring more in-depth analysis. Formulate questions to define business problems, determine metrics and expose insights based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making; own the execution of the analysis and identify the insights and actions which come as a result

  • Collaborate with HRBP's to understand key business priorities and curate actionable people metrics and insights

  • Design & develop self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions for Business Leaders and HR

  • ​Document definitions for data domains, run analyses on discrepancies and map workflows and agile processes for owners

  • Provide relational data models and build dashboard reports in select platform (Workday, Power BI, etc.)

  • In collaboration with the HRIS and Technology & Digital strategy teams, coordinate deployment of new HR digital solutions to provide higher value to our businesses and HR

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Diploma in a quantitative field or study, or equivalent experience

  • Certification or experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a dynamic and complex organization

  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.

  • Knowledge of data ETL, data modeling, statistical analysis and predictive modeling

  • Proven project management skills

  • Experience with organizational development projects

  • Expert level in PowerPoint, with ability to quickly format synthesize, and consolidate information for Executive presentations  

  • Thorough knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and the interest and capacity to adapt to new technologies and tools

  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
