Job Description
Technology Services (TS) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications, and related end user technology services across all Brookfield business groups, comprised of approximately 6,500 users globally. As the Microsoft Intune Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, improving, supporting and maintaining the Intune platform. You will own the management, administration, and optimization of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
-
Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

Develop and enforce security policies, compliance rules, and device configurations across the organization.

Oversee the enrollment of devices into Intune, ensuring a seamless and secure process for users.

Monitor Intune performance and generate reports on compliance, device health, and security status.

Process automation using PowerShell.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Intune-related issues, collaborating with other IT teams as necessary.

Create and maintain documentation for Intune processes and procedures, and provide training to end-users and IT staff.

Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused experience as Microsoft Intune Administrator.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is an asset.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and related technologies.

In depth knowledge of GPO and Intune Polices.

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows and Mac platforms, JAMF, Group Policy Administration, and virtual desktops.

Azure Active Directory and Entra ID

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Technical and practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution

Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing technical expertise and support as needed.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures for efficient and secure operations.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in desktop technologies and best practices.
