Position Summary

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting and analytics across Healthcare Benefits/Aetna to succeed in monitoring the overall financial results for the segment. In this role, you will support the Lead Director to gather insights into business performance and help to administer strategic initiatives to drive financial outcomes.

You will accomplish this by:

·         Assist in developing regular reporting and presentations to understand key drivers of actual financial results vs. prior periods and vs. budget/forecast .

·         Perform financial analysis and impactful recommendations in support of management's evaluation of strategic and business initiatives.

·         Leverage strong financial modeling skills

·         Exhibiting technical knowledge of financial systems (Hyperion, Oracle, etc..)

·         Collaborate across the organization to drive businesses insights and improvement based on actionable analytics.

·         Effectively leverage technology to streamline and provide insights into financial drivers.

Required Qualifications

·         At least 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience

·         Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

·         Collaboration and teamwork skills

·         Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and Hyperion/Essbase

Preferred Qualifications

·         Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability to Build Trust across Business Partners

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Health insurance industry work experience

·         Growth mindset

Education

Bachelors Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
