Reporting to the Merchandising Manager of Digital Photo, the Sr. Analyst of Digital Merchandising Operation would assume responsibility for site operations, site development, supplier relationships and project management. The candidate would see projects from through from ideation to execution and function as the liaison with internal team members and external partners on all web and app projects. Web Operations or Technical background is needed and experience managing team expectations, scheduling & executing projects, writing project notes, assigning duties/tasks, and following-up on task completion is necessary.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge / skill / ability:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital operations, merchandising, curation, or ecommerce
- 5+ years’ experience demonstrating exceptional project management
- 5+ years’ experience demonstrating strong Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics skills
- Web Operations or Technical background required
- Management Experience a plus
- Experience managing team expectations, scheduling & executing projects, writing project notes, assigning duties/tasks, and following-up on task completion.
- Familiarity with Jira or another project management tool
- Experience using Algolia or another on-site search management tool
- Demonstrated ability to understand not only business KPIs and initiatives, but also possess a deep understanding of the technical backend and be able to participate in project release and business requirement documentation
- Passion for digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience in health care
- Mature interpersonal communication skills and an accountable, hands-on attitude
- They must also possess a technical understanding of Agile Web Development
- Advanced demonstrated capability in MS Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, etc.)
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Any additional tasks as required by the supervisor or manager.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferrable in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Travel- Ability, and willingness, to travel regularly, 10% of time, based on needs of the business
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in digital operations, merchandising, curation, or ecommerce
- 8+ years’ experience demonstrating exceptional project management.
- 8+ years’ experience demonstrating strong Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics skills.
- Experience using Adobe analytics or a similar site analytics platform.
- Experience in Agile Framework for product development
- Project Management certification
- Master’s degree
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferrable in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
