Overview
We are a team of analysts dedicated to delivering comprehensive insights and analytics for social, earned, digital, and experiential campaigns. Collaborating with numerous teams across the organization, we are committed to guiding growth with our analytical expertise.
This is a remote position reporting to Director Consumer & Behavioral Insights. Your contribution will help support our experiential client's business by developing new methods and tools to gather insights and scale data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You will identify high impact business opportunities through data exploration and model prototyping, translate business problems into scientific formulations
- You will develop predictive models for goal setting, forecasting and generating relevant insights for campaign optimization
- You will analyze rigorous experiments, help teams set great hypotheses, and deliver analysis of experiment results
- You will develop automation methods that help scaling existing analyses, reduce tedious manual reporting and spotting data errors
- You will oversee the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources with relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Independently format, re-structure, and validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis
- You will use Python to establish API connections to live databases and extract the data to a centralized database
- You will improve or automate internal analytics processes to lead efficiency
- You will maintain data/databases in MongoDB, ensuring reporting transparency and accuracy.
- You will manage projects and work with cross-functional teams to understand our goals and challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering or related discipline
- Experience with Machine Learning at a basic level
- Experience in experimentation and statistical analysis
- Experience in programming, especially with data science and visualization libraries in Python
- 4+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting
Additional information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
