Senior Analyst, Consolidated Reporting
Portsmouth, New Hampshire
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Client Reporting team and support the growth of our Operations group. About the Role
- Provide day to day support for alternative asset tracking, manager correspondence and our external data aggregation platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely posting and accuracy of external fund transactions and valuations, e.g. capital calls and distributions
- Work closely with the advisory teams to ensure alternative fund setup and balances are accurate
- Support the operational aspects of external account attribution/tagging in our portfolio accounting system and assist with periodic data audits and checks across all funds and accounts
- Work closely with the Client Reporting and Advisory teams to ensure normalization of external data meets business requirements and client reporting needs
- Provide support and oversight for our external data 3rd party vendors
About You
- BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years experience in back/middle office within the finance industry (Wealth Management preferred); portfolio fund accounting, portfolio reconciliation, financial data and data mapping
- Fundamental understanding of investment markets, securities, security data, and investment systems
- Experience working with both traditional and private assets and knowledge of private equity valuations and transaction bookings
- Enjoy working with and organizing large data sets
- Precise, organized, and highly accountable
- Enjoy taking on challenges and finding creative and efficient solutions
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
