Senior Analyst, Category Experience- Enterprise Content
We are seeking a dynamic associate to support our growing omni-channel initiatives and enterprise content strategy. The Sr. Analyst, Category Experience - Enterprise Content works closely with their leadership team and cross-functional partners to understand and support marketing and merchandising strategies online. This position will work at the intersection of retail marketing, analytics, and technology to optimize the customer journey, enhance digital content performance, and drive business growth. The Sr. Analyst, Category Experience - Enterprise Content will analyze customer information and cross-functional inputs to identify areas to improve the B2C and B2B customer shopping experience. Ultimately, these improvements will result in improved customer and associate satisfaction, increased traffic and sales, and improved conversion. Senior Analyst, Category Experience- Category Management
The Sr. Analyst, Category Experience works closely with their leadership team to understand the merchandising strategies and objectives. This position will analyze and leverage customer information and behaviors as well as competitive bench-marking to identify areas necessary to improve the customer research/shopping experience. Ultimately these improvements will result in improved customer and associate satisfaction, increased traffic and sales, and improved conversion. Senior Analyst, Category Experience- Capabilities Optimization
The Sr. Analyst, Category Experience – Capabilities Optimization works closely with CEX stakeholders and their leadership team to champion and institute strategic optimizations across associate tools and customer site experiences with the goal of creating a frictionless online journey that delivers the best customer and associate experience. This individual will work closely with CEX, Product, Engineering and UX partners to accomplish innovative and meaningful optimizations for our CEX associates and customers.
Senior Analyst, Category Experience- Category Content
The Content Sr. Analyst is responsible for maintaining and updating mid-funnel category content (hundreds of browse pages) through data-driven content decisions that are designed to deliver navigation, education, and inspiration to instill customer trust and accelerate the path to purchase. This position works closely with cross-functional partners and Merchants to support Merchandising initiatives, promotional events and Pro priorities. Ultimately these improvements will result in improved customer satisfaction, increased Click-Thru Rates and decreased Bounce Rates. This role is an opportunity to be at the leading edge of truly channel-interconnected retail leadership, while further building functional skills in merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% Analyze customer information (external data, internal research, site behaviors, post-transaction data) to identify the most significant opportunities to improve the customer experience across categories.
- 30% Identify opportunities to improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), data content, SEO and post-transaction results through tactical execution.
- 15% Execute system changes for promotional activity.
- 15% Develop and execute taxonomy changes in the system necessary to support new onboarding and business changes.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

- Proven results in any (but, including most) of the following areas: CI, CRM, customer experience, product content optimization, product management, financial analysis, business analysis, data analytics
