We are looking for a Sr.Analyst, Applications Development who will join our team.
As a Senior Analyst of Applications Development, you will play a crucial role in performing the day-to-day technical aspects of our software development projects. This position requires a hands-on approach to support SAP ABAP development, troubleshooting and project delivery. Experience in SAP TMS development is highly preferred.
In this role you will:
-Technical development: Perform technical and functional SAP development, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
-Quality Assurance and Testing Oversight: Perform quality assurance processes and testing methodologies. Ensure software solutions meet high standards of quality and reliability.
-Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and other teams to understand project requirements.
Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
-Project Management and Delivery: Contribute to planning, development and execution of SAP software development projects.
-Resource Management and Task Assignment: Manage technical resources, including staffing, training, and resource allocation. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on project requirements.
-Technical Documentation: Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for projects.Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to enhance collective expertise.
What you'll need to be successful :
-Bachelor's Degree, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
-Desired : Project Management Professional certification
-4-7 years of experience preferred
-Proven experience in software development with a focus on technical leadership roles.
-Strong technical skills in application development, architecture, and design.
-Excellent communication, team leadership, and collaboration skil
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $121,400.00 - $142,800.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
