The Enterprise AI Engineering team is looking for experienced AI/ML Engineers to develop and implement innovative AI Assistants and Chatbots to facilitate the Engineering and Test teams working on Chip development in ADI. Our team have a mission to improve Engineering knowledge sharing and enhance Engineering & Test productivity , by leveraging the latest AI and Generative AI techniques to augment and automate key areas of the Chip development flow.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI Assistant and ChatBot systems to facilitate Engineering teams working on Chip Design and Test.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the AI systems functionalities with business and engineering requirements, and integrate the AI systems into existing tools and workflows.
- Develop systems to optimize enterprise-level search and sharing of Engineering knowledge .
- Participate in design reviews, project planning, and technical discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, Agents and RAG technologies.
- Provide technical leadership in driving AI/ML solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of full-time industry experience in machine learning or semiconductor design. At least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven real-world experience in developing AI-driven assistant systems, using Generative AI, Agents and RAG techniques, with frameworks like Llamaindex or Langchain.
- Experience with vector stores and advanced techniques for data ingestion, chunking and retrieval.
- Proficiency in Python, and experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch.
- Knowledge of security best practices in AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with development and deployment of Generative AI systems in real world applications, including training, fine-tuning of models on domain specific data.
- Experience with building AI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Experience with enterprise-level search and retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs and their application in Enterprise level AI systems.
- Some familiarity with semiconductor design workflows and EDA tools is a nice to have.
- Publications or contributions to AI research in the field of GenAI, Agents, RAG, or related areas.
