Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 7+ years of professional experience in slot game design.

• A deep understanding of land-based gaming markets and casino player psychology.

• Leadership experience in guiding creative and technical teams is a big plus!

Skills & Creativity

• A strong grasp of game development workflows and methodologies.

• The ability to collaborate with diverse teams, from mathematicians to animators.

• Exceptional multitasking skills to bring multiple game concepts to life.

• Excellent communication skills to share your vision with clarity and passion.

Education & Background

• A Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Mathematics, Computer Science, Art, Digital Production, or a related field – or equivalent industry experience.
