Position Summary
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP R11/R12 in Financials and Projects suite of Applications
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience accessing data in a relational database management system
-
10+ years of experience with Systems Design, Implementation and Support

Bachelors Degree is a must
-
Must possess good understanding of Oracle Financials suite of products
-
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS 12, with emphasis on Projects and Finance
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Must have very strong experience in the Oracle realm
-
Experience with a variety of implementations in a number of different environments
-
Solid business process skills, able to provide transaction analysis in varying functional areas
-
Troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with systems staff
-
Customer service acumen
-
Self-motivated and willingness to work long hours and off-hours
-
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and technical staff
-
Applying "best practices" overall knowing how to use the tool, be able to train users on the tool, and distribute the tool out to users
Functional Area for this Opening:
Oracle Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Loans, Accounts Payable, Projects, Receivables, Sub Ledger Accounting, E-Business Tax, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, AME, Payments
The targeted pay range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
