A Day in the LifeMedtronic is expanding their footprint for Diabetes Care with a center in Pune and as the Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst for Patient Financial Services, India, this role is responsible for the development and maintenance of back office and operational activities on this team within Patient Financial Services.

As the Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst for Patient Financial Services, the role is expected to partner closely with the Operations lead, functional teams, and executive leadership to foster and expand strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to innovate, think creatively, and drive insight.

  • Collects, organizes, and reports out on team/individual level work effort via QBR, weekly reporting, dashboards.

  • Develops, collects, measures, and analysis KPI for continuous improvement and leadership informational needs.

  • Develops and executes communication plan for the team.

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with partnership leads and regional leadership

  • Supports process improvement and execution of the executive engagement process.

  • Process tool creation and maintenance for team functioning.

  • Owns creation and maintenance of digital assets for the team.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical device, or other life science-related industry.

  • Operational knowledge and expertise in SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Access (should be able to independently create and maintain work products in tools).

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS suite of tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience aggregating and presenting insights to program teams and senior leaders for decision making.
