Well organized, flexible, ability to work under pressure and understands the challenges of supporting multiple leaders & their teams
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar, Travel, expense support for 7 – 8 leaders
- XMS reviews
- EAR ramp-up mailbox audits
- Monthly Mobile reimbursement process
- Support operations leader calls (weekly RDO/Sr. OL, monthly national OL, monthly EAR onboard best practice, tech talks), and prepare agenda for a variety of other meetings
- Act as a back-up for other admin assistants, as requested
- Expansion of Region support [to be defined]
- Other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency w/ computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative programs (Outlook, XMS, Concur, Ariba Buyer, etc.).
- Ability to multi-task, quickly change direction and independently prioritize work in order to support multiple people.
- Strong attention to detail and eye to accuracy is critical.
- Ability to anticipate needs and use independent judgment given limited availability of leader(s).
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to represent team in a favorable and professional manner to field partners, business partners and to new employees.
