As Senior Administrative Analyst, you provide comprehensive and complex administrative and operational support to Traffic Solutions Operations which includes all USCA Plants. Your major responsibilities include weekly time file submitting coordination, planning for and overseeing team members onboarding, program budgets, communication between Senior Leadership Team and Plant Manager’s and their teams. You will need to be highly responsible, use independent judgment and initiative, as well as possesses excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You will be based out of the Thomasville, NC plant and report to the Manufacturing Director-Traffic Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Director of Operations on administrative and operational projects.
- Coordinates with Director of Operations and Senior Leadership Team on logistics for Traffic Solutions travel and events.
- Administers, communicates, and implements project plans consistent with organizational expectations, timeframes, and budgetary guidelines.
- Support the administration of communication with PPSC for TS Team Members.
- This role involves coordinating various aspects of people operations, field-employee support, employee relations and administrative processes to ensure positive and efficient workplace environment.
- Serves as the administrative liaison between the Traffic Solutions, and other PPG organizations.
- Key driver for Traffic Solutions Leadership Development Program.
- Resolves problems that have a significant impact on the overall goals for Traffic Solutions Operations.
- Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects PPG’s mission and philosophy.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred: additional education or certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with UKG, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, Senior Leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
